Anolon has made a few cast aluminum bundt cake pans with beautiful designs. This collection of 10-cup Anolon bundt cake pans is the only unusual-shaped or decorative cake pans I have found. They are all non-stick and 9.5″ to 10″ in diameter. They are lightweight compared to the Nordic Ware and Wilton but just as thick. Their performance is excellent!
My favorite is the Anolon Musical Notes Fluted Mold because it is the most unusual bundt cake pan. Its pronounced design transferred well to the cake.
The Anolon Musical Fluted Mold bundt cake pan is lightweight cast aluminum with a raised swirl pattern on top. The decorative relief on the top of the cake pan also looks like a pinwheel or swirls. The side of the cake pan echos the pattern with a draping effect repeated to the bottom. This cake pan has handles on both sides.
This pan would make an excellent base for a doll cake, birthday cake, or any cake meant to demonstrate movement.
This cake release was tested with 1 Duncan Hines Strawberry cakemix. The cake did rise above the hooked shape design and the cake pan could hold 1.5 standard cake mixes prepared, or 40 to 42 ounces of cake batter. (by weight)
I prepared the pan with Bake’s Joy spray to ensure the cake did not stick to the cake mold. I baked the cake at 335F for 50 minutes. When the cake was tested with a clean knife, I pulled it from the oven and place the cake pan on a cooling rack for 10 minutes. I then inverted the cake on the cooling rack to completely cool. There was no sticking.

The Anolon Star Shaped Fluted Mold or bundt cake pan is very similar to the Nordic Ware Jubilee. It looks amazing with icing as a waterfall drizzling down the many diamond shapes cut into the sides. It is often called the Anolon Diamond Bundt. Many pans lose their labels along the way and they take on nicknames for what they look like.
This Anolon bundt cake pan is also lightweight cast aluminum. Like the other Anolon bundt cake pans, it also has hands for easy use. It is also a 10-cup bundt pan.
The Anolon Star Shaped Fluted Mold has multiple intersecting stars creating pockets that are perfect for pooling a glaze without hiding the cake pans design. The pockets are also deep enough to hold berries as a wonderful compliment to the cake’s flavor.
Star bundt cake pans make excellent celebratory cakes for the holiday such as Independence Day or New Year’s Day. The Anolon Star Shaped Fluted Mold also makes a great birthday cake.
3. Anolon Bundt Cake Pans – 10″ Rose
This Anolon bundt cake pan in the rose is very similar to the Nordic Ware Rose with just a variation in the petal thickness. It is a stout rose.
Rose Anolon bundt cake pans can look great with different colored cake mixes or different variations in the icing. Some stunning rose cakes are dark chocolate with deep red icing between the petals or red velvet cake with dark chocolate drizzled between the petals.
Like the flower, rose cakes can be a gesture of affection to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Sweetest Day, Anniversary, Birthday, or any occasion. The color of the cake mix and icing can match the occasion just as the gift of flowers.
Because of the full fold in the rose petals, this cake pan also makes a nice doll cake base.
Anolon 10″ Sunflower Cake Pan
This Anolon cake pan I wish had a deeper design. The lines seemed to bake out and after adding icing faded away. The pan performed excellently as I would expect Anolon would. I will have to try again with a more dense cake recipe. I can’t resist floral bundt cake pans.
The Anolon Sunflower Cake Pan does not have deep impressions for defined lines. This is a feature I look for when reviewing decorative cake pans. In-person, a bare cake was ok. Once I added the icing, the design faded away and was lost.
The Nordic Ware Sunflower Cake Pan has a more defined design and is better.
Anolon Bundt Cake Pans Heavy Cast Aluminum -Honorary Mention
Cast aluminum cake pans are great to bake in and heavy pans are always winners. Anolon offers a nice fluted bundt pan and as of this day offers free shipping which we all love!
I do like the rubber grips on the Anolon pans. It makes it so much easier to flip a hot pan over onto a cooling rack. The regular bundt pan also has a removable bottom which is really great.
